I don’t offer meal plans, as I believe they can hold you back from embracing spontaneous social moments, like a sudden dinner out with friends. Instead, I’ll show you how to adapt and eat in alignment with your goals—whether you’re at home or dining out.
Since progress is unique to each individual, I provide my services on a flexible monthly rolling basis. I encourage a minimum commitment of 3 months to ensure you receive the full benefits of coaching, with strategies designed for your real-life situation. Change takes time, and I’ll be with you every step of the way to guide your progress.
