  • Do you offer meal plans?

My approach focuses on giving you the flexibility to make healthy choices that suit your goals and your busy lifestyle. Together, we’ll build a strategy that empowers you to make balanced, healthy choices, no matter how busy your schedule is. I don’t offer meal plans, as I believe they can hold you back from embracing spontaneous social moments, like a sudden dinner out with friends. Instead, I’ll show you how to adapt and eat in alignment with your goals—whether you’re at home or dining out.

  • How many appointments will I need? 

Since progress is unique to each individual, I provide my services on a flexible monthly rolling basis. I encourage a minimum commitment of 3 months to ensure you receive the full benefits of coaching, with strategies designed for your real-life situation. Change takes time, and I’ll be with you every step of the way to guide your progress.

  • What happen during the free discovery call?  

This no-obligation call helps us determine if we’re the right fit to work together on your health journey. During your complimentary discovery consultation, we’ll dive deeper into the services you’re interested in, discuss your specific concerns and wellness goals, and explore how I can best support you. This is also your opportunity to ask questions and share any information that would help me create your personalised plan and achieve your goal together.
