I’m Malis, the nutritionist behind Malis Nutrition, where I combine my product development expertise with my passion for personalised nutrition care.
My journey includes fabricating gluten-free cookies and high-fibre protein bars—experiences that taught me how science can make healthy eating both possible and enjoyable. 

I became a nutritionist because I believe in food’s power to transform lives when approached with both scientific knowledge and cultural wisdom. With my BSc in Nutrition and Health, I bring academic insights alongside practical skills to every client relationship. 

My Journey

My journey began in the weight room and on trails across continents, where I learned that nutrition is a powerful tool for transformation. Working directly with vulnerable children in Cambodia revealed the profound connection between nutritional health and mental resilience. These experiences taught me that effective nutrition isn’t about restrictive diets or fleeting trends—it’s about sustainable, culturally-informed strategies that empower individuals.
